Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form an agreement governing your use of Multi Exam Preparation and its related features.

Your use of the platform may also be subject to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer and any additional rules clearly presented for a particular feature or service.

Nature of the Platform

Multi Exam Preparation is an independent educational and exam-preparation platform. Depending on available features, the platform may provide:

• Online mock tests
• Practice questions
• Answer explanations
• Test results
• Score and accuracy analysis
• Rank and percentile features
• Subject-wise or topic-wise analysis
• Weak-area insights
• Progress tracking
• Free and paid access plans

Features may change, improve, be limited, be replaced or be discontinued over time.

Eligibility and Young Users

You should use the platform only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms under applicable law.

If you are a minor or otherwise not legally able to enter into a binding agreement on your own, you should use the platform with the involvement or permission of a parent or lawful guardian where required.

User Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing reasonably accurate information
• Keeping account credentials confidential
• Maintaining control of your registered email account
• Taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access
• Informing us if you reasonably suspect unauthorized use of your account

Free Access and Free Mock Tests

We may provide certain tests, questions, features or access without payment.

Where the platform advertises a specific free offering, such as a stated number of free mock tests, the exact availability and conditions should be understood according to the information displayed on the platform at that time.

Free access does not necessarily include every current or future feature.

Paid Plans and Subscription Access

We may offer paid access plans. For example, the platform may display an unlimited-access plan priced at ₹29 for 30 days.

The exact price, validity, included features and applicable conditions shown at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.

Plan Validity

Unless otherwise clearly stated before payment, a 30-day plan is intended to provide access for 30 consecutive days from successful activation.

Meaning of "Unlimited"

The term "unlimited" means access to eligible content included in the relevant plan during the active validity period, subject to these Terms, technical limitations, fair use, anti-abuse controls and content availability.

Payments

Paid transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.

By initiating a payment, you agree to provide valid payment information through the applicable payment process and to comply with the relevant provider's requirements.

A plan should generally be treated as activated only after successful payment confirmation and successful access activation in our system.

Payment failures, pending transactions, duplicate charges or gateway errors may require verification before access or refunds can be resolved.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Users should review the Refund Policy before purchasing a paid plan.

If you believe that you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or paid successfully without receiving the purchased access, contact us with relevant transaction details.

Never send us OTPs, CVVs, passwords or complete card numbers.

Mock Tests, Attempts and Timers

Mock tests may include time limits, attempt restrictions, scoring rules, negative marking, availability periods or other test-specific conditions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the instructions displayed before or during a test.

Test attempts may be affected by factors such as:

• Internet connectivity
• Device performance
• Browser compatibility
• Session expiry
• Server interruption
• User navigation or accidental closure

Where server-side timing is used, the server's recorded timing may be treated as authoritative for platform purposes.

Rank, Percentile and Performance Analytics

Rank, percentile and comparative analytics may depend on available attempts, eligible users, scoring rules, selected comparison groups and other platform logic.

Such values may change when:

• More users complete a test
• Invalid attempts are removed
• Scoring errors are corrected
• Questions are revised
• Ranking logic is improved

Platform Content and Intellectual Property

The platform may contain original or lawfully used content, including:

• Question compilations
• Explanations
• Test arrangements
• Analysis methods
• Website design
• Graphics
• Software
• Branding
• Databases and structured collections

Except where otherwise permitted by law or expressly authorized, platform access does not grant users ownership of such content.

Users may not systematically reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape or create unauthorized competing copies of protected platform content.

Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over third-party trademarks, official government materials or content that legally belongs to others.

Prohibited Uses

You must not misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct may include:

• Sharing account credentials to bypass paid access restrictions
• Using bots or automation to manipulate attempts, scores or rankings
• Scraping or mass-downloading questions without authorization
• Attempting to bypass subscription controls
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities
• Introducing malicious code
• Interfering with servers or other users
• Creating fraudulent transactions
• Manipulating payment verification
• Impersonating another person
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes
• Republishing substantial protected content as your own test platform

Accuracy of Questions and Educational Content

We aim to provide useful and reasonably accurate educational content. However, mistakes may occur in questions, options, answer keys, explanations, translations, calculations, categorization or other content.

We may review, correct, update or remove content when an issue is identified.

If you believe a question or explanation is incorrect, you may report it through our support channels with the relevant test name, question number and reason.

Users should verify high-stakes official information from the relevant official authority.

Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be affected by:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Hosting outages
• Network failures
• Security incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Events beyond reasonable control

We may modify technical requirements, features or platform architecture where reasonably necessary.

Suspension, Restriction and Account Closure

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for:

• Serious violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Payment manipulation
• Security threats
• Unauthorized scraping
• Repeated account sharing abuse
• Attempts to manipulate rankings
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Where appropriate, the nature of the issue, available evidence and applicable obligations may be considered before or after action is taken.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided for educational and exam-preparation purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee:

• Selection in any recruitment process
• Qualification in any examination
• Employment
• A particular score
• Continuous platform availability
• That every question or explanation will always be error-free
• That analytics will perfectly predict official exam performance

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Independent Platform and No Official Affiliation

Multi Exam Preparation is an independent educational platform.

We are not a government department, recruitment commission, examination authority or official government body.

References to examinations, recruitment bodies, government organizations or related names may be used only to identify the relevant exam, syllabus, category or preparation context. Such references do not by themselves imply official affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when platform features, business practices, technology or applicable requirements change.

The Last Updated date may be revised when changes are made.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform or another reasonable method where appropriate.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws of India.

Any dispute-related provision must be read together with rights and remedies available under applicable law, including rights that cannot legally be waived by contract.

Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us with a clear description of the issue so that a practical resolution can be attempted where appropriate.
